Youth Program: Mysteries of History
History comes to life for kids in this engaging, hands-on program held over 2 weeks! Young historians will explore the fascinating history and mysteries of Ocean City through interactive storytelling, fun activities, and local discoveries—all designed to spark curiosity and a love of the past.
2 week program – 2nd week of July and 3rd week in August

Alice Paul: New Jersey’s Heroine for Equality
About The Event
Alice Paul was one of the most influential women in 20th-century America, leading the final fight for women’s suffrage and championing equal rights for women through most of the 20th century. This free presentation features original photographs from her personal collection, explores Alice Paul’s life, her roots in the New Jersey Quaker community, her role in the fight for suffrage, and her work for the Equal Rights Amendment.
The program is being presented in partnership with the Alice Paul Institute, a non-profit organization headquartered in Paulsdale, the birthplace of Alice Paul in Mount Laurel, NJ. The organization works to educate the public about the life and work of Alice Paul, while honoring her legacy through women’s leadership development and educational programs.
